The trip that was!

It started of with an advertisement of Poon Hill Trek that I saw last year just before the earthquake. As it’s going to be my first trip and I was going by myself I was a little worried choosing the company that I wanted to go with. I sent emails to a couple other companies but for some reasons, the response from Nepal Hiking Adventures seemed to be very ‘calming’. Not only being a very professional agent, Bishnu was also very patience, communicative and accommodating to all my ‘nervous’ enquiries. I emailed him back and forth for good twelve months. ( Sorry Bishnu..:)
I ended up doing the ABC trek and Bishnu also organised a short tour to Bhutan for me.

From the day I arrived, I felt very safe. I had someone already waiting for me at the airport and the hotel where I stayed was nice too. The staffs were very friendly and helpful.

The city tour with a very knowledgeable tour guide was organised for me too, which was nice. The city was infused with the spirituality of both Buddhism and Hinduism peacefulness; I am so thankful that it was included in my itinerary.

The trekking to ABC was the most unforgettable journey I ever had in my life. It really was a life-changing experience. I wasn’t lucky enough to have Bishnu himself as my guide but he provided me with a very experienced guide with whom I felt very safe to be with. He is very helpful and again so patience too. During the trek i got to meet and make friends with people from nearly every corners of the world. It was amazing that I have lived one of my childhood dreams and the credit goes to Nepal Hiking Adventures’ number one man, the organiser, the director who has successfully tailored a magnificent trip for me.
