Another basic need at the mountain is the place to you can spend the night at the trail. The availability of accommodation has a lot to make your trip experience a memory to cherish for. We have also already discussed how deadly altitude sickness is. However, it’s easily manageable with some basic and necessary tricks. First, you should not be walking more than 1000 meters of height every year. So, whenever you pick the Langtang trek Itinerary, choose the one that involves a short hike each day. Walking slowly and letting your body acclimatize is the key.

Next, you must have to remain hydrated all throughout the trek. Drinking sufficient Lukewarm water is the key. We highly recommend that you avoid drinking at a higher altitudes. Even then, if you observe any of the symptoms listed above, you can adopt these precautions:

Immediately inform your guide about if you are not feeling well or your condition deteriorates.

Review

I did the Lang Tang valley trek from 23rd.02.2024

Views were absolutely gorgeous, with plenty of photos and nice locals on the way. Guides very helpful and handy, the air up there is totally something else.
I had Bishnu Thakuri as my guide and he was just amazingly great.
My 2016 ankle injury resurfaced and l almost gave up but he encouraged me to try my best, carried my bags and was patient with me when walking slowly and we took several breaks.
He was well versed with the area and knew which place was closed or open according to season.

I can't thank Bishnu enough for helping me persevere through the trek and in turn l got amazing views and experience.
Thank you Bishnu

Langtang Valley Trek WOOW

My friends and I did the Langtang Valley trek with our very capable, kind and knowledgeable guide Bishnu and our two hardworking porters Amrit and Vishal. The trek was wonderful with breathtaking views. Our guide looked after us really well and we wouldn't hesitate to book again for our next trek. It was a great introduction to Nepal, I would definitely recommend.
