I contacted this company through WhatsApp and they couldn't have been more helpful through every stage of the process. They were always very quick getting back to me with a reply. I prebooked and left a deposit about 10 days before the date of the trip. Come the actual day of the tour, the hotel pickup was a few minutes late, but nothing to worry about, I made it to the airport in plenty of time.

The pilot's name was Stefan, he was extremely professional and left all the passengers with the feeling that we were in safe and capable hands. We were very fortunate with the weather, a beautiful clear, blue sky day. Landing at Kallapattar was astonishing, we were treated to the best possible views of Everest, both from there and from the Everest View Hotel. We actually had a little longer at the hotel than is usual because our pilot was called off to a rescue operation from there just as we landed!

I had never been in a helicopter before so this was a doubly exciting experience for me. To see the Himalayas like this is a once in a lifetime experience and I can't recommend it enough - if you are in any doubt, I urge you to go for it and to use this company, you won't regret it
