Bishnu Lamsal

Bishnu Prasad Lamsal is a young, energetic, and highly experienced tourism professional with more than 25 years of experience in Nepal’s adventure tourism sector. He began his career as a professional trekking guide, where he built strong field knowledge by leading international trekking and climbing groups across Nepal. His early years on the trails gave him a deep understanding of Himalayan trekking routes, safety standards, and client expectations. This hands-on background continues to shape his practical and traveller-focused approach. His career reflects steady growth rooted in real mountain experience.

With this foundation, he established Nepal Hiking Adventure Company Pvt. Ltd in 2011, turning his guiding expertise into a trusted adventure travel company. He oversees business development, customer experience, and tour operations, ensuring that each trip meets professional and ethical standards. Much of his work involves managing client relationships and service quality, both before and during expeditions. He works closely with a highly trained and experienced team that supports smooth operations in challenging environments. Continuous service improvement remains a core part of his leadership.

Beyond company leadership, he plays an active role in Nepal’s tourism and community sectors. He currently serves as the First Vice President of TAAN, contributing to policy, industry coordination, and responsible tourism development. He is also a former President of the Lions Club, reflecting his commitment to community service and leadership. Through multiple international business visits, he has represented Nepal Hiking Adventure with professionalism and integrity. His management style is practical, people-focused, and driven by long-term trust with travellers and partners.
