Detail Itinerary
Early in the morning, our representative will pick you from the hotel and transfer to the domestic terminal of an international airport.
Arrive at an international airport after check-in you will take a flight from Kathmandu to Lukla which will take about 45 minutes. The fabulous view of Kathmandu Valley, lush green hill and beautiful landscapes will reward you during this flight.
After landing at Lukla, you will take a short break in order to refuel the helicopter for the next flight to the Everest Base Camp. You will get enough time to relish the sights of the Himalayas surrounding Lukla village. You will get jaw-dropping views of snow-clad mountain peaks like Mt. Thamserku (6,608 m) and Mt. Kangtega (6,685 m).
After taking a short break you will again head towards for Kala Patthar. Leaving the green hills around Lukla, the flight will fly over through the mountains. Continue your fly over the Everest Base Camp and Khumbu Glacier before reaching Kala Patthar. You will enjoy the best close-up view of Mt. Everest (8,848 m).
After landing at Kala Patthar (5,545 m) you will witness the mesmerizing view of some tallest peak in the world including Mt. Everest, Mt. Ama Dablam, Mt. Nuptse, Mt. Lhotse, and Mt. Pumori. Kala Patthar is one of the best vantage points in the Everest region. After stopping for 5-10 minutes at Kala Patthar, you will fly towards Everest Base Camp another highlight of this helicopter tour.
On the way, once again, you will get the wonderful views of Khumbu Glaciers, Ice Fall, and Everest Base Camp. After landing for a few minutes at base camp, you will fly back to Everest View Hotel for lunch.
After enjoying hearty breakfast with the magnificent view of Himalayas you will fly back to Kathmandu by helicopter. The flight is truly breathtaking where your eyes strike with the mind-blowing Himalayan sceneries. With full of great pictures and overwhelming memories, you will head to the hotel in Kathmandu.
